Hagen, 01.03.2024 – EUROPART introduces new management team. As of April 1, 2024, the EUROPART management team will consist of Olaf Giesen (CEO), Sven Hülbrock (Director Corporate Development), Sebastian Kamphaus (Director Category Management & Key Account Management), Jiri Novak (Director Sales Eastern Europe) and Dr. Reiner Schmitz (Director Supply Chain).

Ralf Stepputatis has worked as Director Category Management at EUROPART for the last four years and will be leaving the company on December 31, 2024 and going into retirement. Stepputatis can look back on almost four decades of experience in the spare parts aftermarket and will be available to EUROPART in a consultant role from 01.04.2024.

The previous Director Sales Western Europe, Sebastian Kamphaus, will change his area of responsibility on April 1, 2024 and will be responsible for the Category Management and Key Account Management divisions as Director. In the new organizational form, EUROPART is placing the strategic growth topics, such as the EUROPART own brand and the innovative technologies segment, close to the product range management. In particular, the integration with Key Account Management will enable EUROPART to recognize the requirements of major international customers even more effectively and be a reliable partner for tomorrow.

In his role as Director Corporate Development, Sven Hülbrock is expanding his area of responsibility to also include the IT, eCommerce and Data Management divisions as well as a new Business Process and Intelligence department in addition to the Human Resources and Business Development divisions.

Furthermore, EUROPART has implemented another personnel change. Sebastian Totzauer will become Head of Sales Germany as of April 1, 2024 and will be responsible for EUROPART's largest market. Totzauer joined EUROPART in 2017 and previously held positions as Regional Sales Manager and Head of International Sales Management. Sebastian Totzauer began his career path as project manager at Carglass GmbH. Totzauer will report directly to CEO Olaf Giesen, who will also assume responsibility for the Western Europe region.

EUROPART CEO Olaf Giesen: “We are very grateful to Ralf Stepputatis for the last four years, during this time he has passionately developed our Category Management. We wish him all the best for his new chapter in life. With Sebastian Kamphaus in the new role, we have a motivated and competent manager who will provide new impulses by bundling purchasing and sales. I am also delighted that Sebastian Totzauer, who is a highly motivated EUROAPRT-grown talent, is taking over responsibility for our core market of Germany."
