Fast, easy to use, comprehensive – many registered customers are benefiting from the EUROPART Workshop Online System (EWOS). You can be confident of finding the products you need on our online system, and you can order at any time, 24 hours a day. EWOS does so much more: Display your individual terms and the availability of parts directly and manage your own fleet of vehicles based on part ordering records using EWOS.The EWOS system also provides access to technical data and manuals. The system is accompanied by catalogues with a smart search function, linked directly to the online system, so that you can place your order quickly and directly.

The EUROPART delivery service: Put your vehicle back on the road faster with our reliable logistics network

Speed is the key. So we leave nothing to chance when it comes to logistics. In our central warehouse in Werl, Germany, approximately 60,000 parts are permanently held in stock across 98,000 m² of storage space, and over 2,000 orders are processed each day. This enables us to supply our branches quickly with spare parts and workshop supplies, helping them to provide fast and customer-oriented solutions. 

We offer various delivery options:

  • Overnight express service: overnight delivery of parts ordered.
  • Express courier delivery: urgent orders are dispatched immediately by express delivery.
  • EWOS orders: Orders received before 17:30 p.m. through the EUROPART Workshop Online System are prepared for delivery the next day.
  • Collection service: You can, of course, also collect the parts you have ordered from our nearest branch.
