Olaf Giesen

Group CEO

Olaf Giesen has been the CEO responsible for the EUROPART Group since March 2018. Before that, he was the General Manager of EUROPART Trading GmbH, heading the sales division in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Central Europe). Giesen has been with EUROPART since 2014, and was previously the Head of Sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In this position, he managed prominent sales projects for EUROPART and was responsible for over 50 subsidiaries including all joint venture and cooperation partners, as well as general management of SCHLOSSER EUROPART with its subsidiaries in and around Berlin.

Before joining EUROPART he was General Manager for Sales and Category Management at Auto Teile Unger (ATU) as well as General Manager of PV Automotive. Most recently, he was General Manager at Hofmeister & Meincke.

Sven Hülbrock

Director of Business Development & Human Resources International

Beginning in March 2020, Sven Hülbrock has filled the position of Director of Human Resources in addition to his role as Director of Business Development and is a member of the Executive Board. Having joined EUROPART in 2015, Sven has gradually established the Sales Management division. In the beginning of 2019 he took on responsibility for Business Development, including the subordinate units Sales Management International, International Promotions, and Pricing. Before that, the graduate economist pursued a military officer's career with Germany's Bundeswehr and served in different managerial positions in the commercial vehicle parts segment, his last position being that of Head of Controlling.

Sebastian Kamphaus

Sales Director Central Europe

As a member of the Executive Board Sebastian Kamphaus has been responsible for the branch office and customer network of EUROPART's Central European region with the countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands since March 2020. In his last position, Kamphaus served as Director of Category Management and member of the executive board for International Sourcing and Category Management. Kamphaus has been working with EUROPART since 2013. He established the new International Sourcing division, which includes the Sourcing, Quality Management and Technical & Strategic Training departments, as well as EUROPART Consulting Ltd. in Asia. In this role, he was also responsible for the further development and positioning of the company's own EUROPART Premium Parts brand. Before working with EUROPART, the graduate in business economics acquired sector and sourcing experience, among other things, at Grohe Water Technologies and the Bilstein Group.

Mogens B. Olesen

Managing Director Northern Europe

As a member of the Executive Board Mogens B. Olesen has been responsible for EUROPART's Northern European region with the countries Sweden, Denmark and Finland since December 2018. Olesen has been with EUROPART since 2007 and previously held the position of Managing Director of the Danish company EUROPART A/S. Olesen, who holds a degree in engineering, looks back on 36 years of experience in the industry from various positions such as Managing Director at IMS Group B.V., A/S Bevola and DAF Trucks as well as Sales and Technical Manager at Transport-Teknik A/S

Jiří Novák

Managing Director Eastern Europe

As a member of the Executive Board Jiri Novak has been responsible for EUROPART's Eastern European region with Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia and Romania since January 2021. Jiří Novák first started his career in the parts trade 20 years ago as a junior product manager at the car parts dealer Elit CZ, now a subsidiary of LKQ Europe. In 2007, Novak became Managing Director and was promoted to CEO of ELIT CZ, ELIT SK and ELIT PL in 2011. Novák has been responsible for the business of several LKQ subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe as CEO since 2017. In this role, he also spearheaded the merger of sister companies Elit and AutoKelly in the Czech and Slovak Republics, as well as the acquisition and integration of two trading companies in Poland and Hungary.

Dr. Reiner Schmitz

Director Supply Chain Management

Dr. Reiner Schmitz has held the position of Director Supply Chain at EUROPART since 2018 and is a member of the Executive Board. The graduate engineer previously worked for market competitor WM SE / Trost Vehicle Parts as the Director of Corporate Replenishment.  He held various managing positions in the Supply Chain, IT, and Compliance departments at Japan Tobacco International. He was responsible for introducing a new management system for the supply chain and company group logistics at Vaillant.

Ralf Stepputatis

Director of Category Management

Ralf Stepputatis has been responsible for Category Management since March 2020 and is a member of the Executive Board. Stepputatis previously held managing positions in Purchasing and Product Management for various automobile and commercial vehicle parts dealers, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Procurement and Category Management with power of attorney. As General Manager and Director of Category Management at EUROPART Materials, the graduate business economist will expand the brand portfolio and further develop the EUROPART Premium Parts own brand.
