Olaf Giesen

Group CEO

Olaf Giesen has been responsible for the EUROPART Group as CEO since March 2018. Previously, as Managing Director of EUROPART Trading GmbH, he was in charge of sales in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Central Europe). Giesen joined EUROPART in 2014 and was previously Head of Sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In this position, he managed exposed sales projects at EUROPART and was responsible for the more than 50 branches including all joint ventures and cooperation partners, as well as the management at SCHLOSSER EUROPART with its branches in and around Berlin. Before joining EUROPART, he was Managing Director for Sales and Category Management at Auto Teile Unger (ATU) and Managing Director at PV Automotive. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Hofmeister & Meincke.

Sven Hülbrock

Director Business Development & HR

Since March 2020, Sven Hülbrock has held the position of Director of Human Resources in addition to his duties as Director of Business Development, and is a member of the Executive Board. Hülbrock has already been working at EUROPART since 2015 and successively built up the sales management area. At the beginning of 2019, he assumed responsibility for Business Development with the subordinate areas of International Sales Management, International Promotions and Pricing. Prior to this, the graduate economist had a career as an officer in the German Armed Forces and held various management positions in the commercial vehicle parts trade, most recently as Head of Controlling.

Sebastian Kamphaus

Director of Sales Central Europe

Since March 2020, Sebastian Kamphaus has been responsible for the branch and customer network of EUROPART's Central European region with the countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands. In his most recent role, Kamphaus served as Director of Category Management and member of the Executive Board responsible for International Sourcing and Category Management. Kamphaus has been with EUROPART since 2013. He established the new International Sourcing division, which includes the Purchasing, Quality Management, Technical and Strategic Training departments, as well as EUROPART Consulting Ltd. in Asia. In this role, he was also responsible for the further development and positioning of the EUROPART Premium Parts own brand. Before joining EUROPART, the business administration graduate gained industry and sourcing experience at Grohe Water Technologies and the Bilstein Group, among others.

Jiří Novák

Managing Director for Eastern Europe

Since January 2021, Jiří Novák has been responsible for EUROPART's Eastern European region, including Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia and Romania, as a member of the company's management team. Jiří Novák began his career in the parts trade 20 years ago as a junior product manager at auto parts distributor Elit CZ, now a subsidiary of LKQ Europe. In 2007, Novak became managing director, and rose to CEO of ELIT CZ, ELIT SK and ELIT PL in 2011. Since 2017, Novák has been responsible for the operations of several LKQ subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe as CEO. In this role, he also led the merger of sister companies Elit and AutoKelly in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as the acquisition and integration of two trading companies in Poland and Hungary.

Dr. Reiner Schmitz

Director of Supply Chain Management

Dr. Reiner Schmitz has held the position Director of Supply Chain at EUROPART since 2018 and is a member of the Executive Board. With a doctorate in engineering, he previously worked for competitor WM SE / Trost Fahrzeugteile as Director of Corporate Replenishment. At Japan Tobacco International, he held various management positions in the areas of supply chain, IT and compliance. At Vaillant, he was responsible for the introduction of a new management system for the supply chain and group logistics.

Ralf Stepputatis

Director of Category Management

Ralf Stepputatis has been responsible for Category Management since March 2020 and is a member of the Executive Board. Stepputatis has previously held management positions in purchasing and product management at various automotive and commercial vehicle parts dealers, most recently as overall head of procurement and category management with power of attorney. As Managing Director and Director of Category Management at EUROPART Materials, Stepputatis, who holds a degree in business administration, will continue to expand the brand portfolio and develop the EUROPART Premium Parts own brand.
