Olaf Giesen
Chief Executive Officer

Olaf Giesen has been the CEO responsible for the EUROPART Group since March 2018. Before that, he was the General Manager of EUROPART Trading GmbH, heading the sales division in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Central Europe). Giesen has been with EUROPART since 2014, and was previously the Head of Sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In this position, he managed prominent sales projects for EUROPART and was responsible for over 50 subsidiaries including all joint venture and cooperation partners, as well as general management of SCHLOSSER EUROPART with its subsidiaries in and around Berlin.

Before joining EUROPART he was General Manager for Sales and Category Management at Auto Teile Unger (ATU) as well as General Manager of PV Automotive. Most recently, he was General Manager at Hofmeister & Meincke.
 

Sebastian Kamphaus
Director Category Management

Sebastian Kamphaus, as Director Category Management, has been responsible since February 2018 for sourcing and product management, as well as for pricing and supplier development. Kamphaus has been working with EUROPART since 2013. He established the new International Sourcing division, which includes the Sourcing, Quality Management and Technical & Strategic Training departments, as well as EUROPART Consulting Ltd. in Asia. In this role, he is also responsible for the further development and positioning of the company's own EUROPART Premium Parts brand. He has also managed the Automotive Technology division within Category Management since December 2017. Before working with EUROPART, the graduate in business economics acquired sector and sourcing experience, among other things at Grohe Water Technologies and the Bilstein Group.

Patrick Golder
Director Human Resources International

Patrick Golder has been the Director of Human Resources International at EUROPART since August 2018.  He has worked in personnel management in the industry since 2001. First at ZF with worldwide responsibility and international project activities. He then switched to VOLVO Trucks in 2009, where he was responsible for personnel management in Sales & Service activities for the DACH-region.  Starting in 2013, he had assumed operational responsibility for the regional company in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria and Hessen. As of 2016, he started managing the Workshop / Service department Germany.

Dr. Reiner Schmitz
Director Supply Chain

Dr. Reiner Schmitz took on the role of Director of Supply Chain in April 2018. The graduate engineer previously worked for market competitor WM SE /Trost Vehicle Parts as the Director of Corporate Replenishment.  He held various managing positions in the Supply Chain, IT, and Compliance departments at Japan Tobacco International.  He was responsible for introducing a new management system for the supply chain and company group logistics at Vaillant.
