René Reinert and Steffi Halm finish the season successfully in Le Mans / EUROPART brakes and other own brand products have proved their worth in hard racing
The FIA Truck Racing Championship season has come to an end on the legendary Bugatti circuit in Le Mans, France, from 7th to 9th October. The team Reinert Racing, supported by EUROPART, celebrated the most successful end of the season this weekend with two victories by Steffi Halm, a second place by René Reinert and a total of six podium places. Thanks to these results, team leader René Reinert was able to finish the season as a third place in the overall ranking. Steffi Halm was just fourth behind. Jochen Hahn, who became European champion for the fourth time, secured the overall victory. In the team evaluation, René Reinert won the title for Reinert Adventure together with Jochen Hahn. Steffi Halm, together with the WOW! WomenOnWheels team colleague Ellen Lohr, finished third.
At the end of the season, René Reinert was extremely satisfied with his placement in the overall ranking. "This super result I had not expected at the beginning of the season, because both Steffi and I could not participate in an entire race weekend, so four races. The fact that we still have the third and fourth place is proof of our consistently good performance and the high reliability of our vehicles. This is not least to the credit of EUROPART articles, which we have used and have convinced us from the start. "
Steffi Halm, who won twice in Le Mans, is also pleased with her good ranking: "Unfortunately, during the season, I also had bad luck a few times and left the race or lost valuable places through fender benders. But fourth place right behind my boss to finish the season is still a great success that I can be proud of."
EUROPART CEO Pierre Fleck is delighted with the successful team: "On behalf of the entire EUROPART team, I would like to congratulate René Reinert and Steffi Halm on their excellent result in the Truck Race season 2016. We are especially proud of the fact that the EUROPART spare parts in the trucks of Reinert Racing have been so reliable and powerful throughout the season that they have contributed to the success of the two racers. For EUROPART, this success is another proof of the high quality of EUROPART's own brand products." The Truck Race European Championship with races throughout Europe fits exactly to our pan-European orientation. Through our commitment to trucking, we are able to share our enthusiasm for what we do with our customers and a large audience across Europe," commented Pierre Fleck.
The product range of EUROPART's own brand covers more than 7,000 parts by the end of the year. In addition to consumables and workshop supplies, such as chemical products, oils and tools, customers will find a wide selection of parts from the fields of axle and brake, suspension, engine accessories, lighting and electrics as well as equipment and accessories. "With EUROPART's own brand products, we offer our customers a cost-effective alternative to original branded products, without sacrificing quality," explains Pierre Fleck. "We help our customers reduce the costs of maintenance and repair, and thus the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)."
All products of the EUROPART own brand are tested by internal audits as well as by independent organizations according to high German quality standards. Just how good the quality in everyday life is, not only shows the reliable use in truck racing, but also the low complaint rate of own-brand products. Pierre Fleck: "The share of complained parts in total sales is now 0.019 percent. Thus, we are now on par with the high level of the original brand manufacturers."
