Readers of the German trade magazine PROFI Werkstatt choose EUROPART as ‘Best brand 2016’ in the categories ‘Commercial Vehicle Parts Distributor’ and ‘Cleaning and Care’ / High availability sustained by EUROPART through use of sophisticated logistics and maintenance of a large stock of more than 400,000 spare parts / EUROPART own brand range: 500 new positions per year
EUROPART has been awarded twice with the prize “Best brand 2016”: After the last readers’ choice of PROFI Werkstatt (issued by the HUSS publishing house) in 2014, the readers have again put Europe's leading distributor of commercial vehicle parts and workshop supplies in first place in the category ‘Commercial Vehicle Parts Distributor’. For the first time, EUROPART was also awarded first place in the category ‘Cleaning and Care’. The celebration of the award took place in the setting and with cooperation of the Automechanika international trade fair at the Frankfurt exhibition site. Thomas Pietsch, editor in chief of PROFI Werkstatt and Steffi Halm, Truck Race driver in the Reinert Racing team were hosting the event. EUROPART CEO Pierre Fleck received the prizes.
With the vote as best commercial vehicle parts distributor, the professionals in the transport industry pay tribute to the customer-friendly and expert service, the fast and precise logistics, as well as the comprehensive product range.
During the award ceremony, EUROPART CEO Pierre Fleck said: “We are very proud and grateful for the confidence that the readers of PROFI Werkstatt have shown in us. With the prize of “Best brand 2016“, the readers of the HUSS publishing house honour the EUROPART spare part strategy: With more than 400,000 items and the systematic combination of commercial vehicle parts of leading manufacturers with a selection of spare components and consumables of EUROPART’s own brand, the company offers the fitting spare part for every need and for all common trucks, trailers, buses and vans.
This year, for the first time, EUROPART was also nominated in the category ‘Cleaning and Care’: “I am especially pleased by the award in this category. We place great value in the top quality of our own brand products and make continuous investment in quality control. This award shows that our efforts are definitely worthwhile,” declared Ralf Maurer, Commercial Director. The assortment of cleaning and care products ranges from multi-function cleaners, silicone removers or compact foam cleaners, through tarpaulin and truck cleaners, zinc-aluminium spray, underbody and stone chip protection to air conditioning cleaner, V-belt spray, wheel rim silver or compressed air spray. “The percentage of returned parts to the total sales is currently 0.019 percent which is also very low and at OE level. It is exactly this high quality that ensures lasting customer satisfaction,” explained Mr Maurer.
Today the EUROPART own brand range consists of more than 6,500 parts. Besides consumables and workshop supplies such as chemical products, oils and tools, customers will find a wide variety of components from the areas of axles and brakes, running gear, engine equipment, lighting and electrics as well as fittings and accessories. Every year, 500 new positions are added to the own brand range, so that at the end of 2016 there will be a total of 7,000 items in the range. All the products of the own brand range are tested through internal audits as well as by independent organisations, according to the highest German quality standards.
EUROPART is represented at the IAA Commercial Vehicles Hanover 2016 trade fair from 22nd to 29th of September and will present its comprehensive spare parts program of more than 400,000 items for trucks, trailers, vans, buses and special vehicles in Hall 26, Stand E40.
