50 trainees came together at headquarters in Hagen / Focus on teambuilding and specific training
On October 24th and 25th, 50 trainees from all over Germany came together at EUROPART headquarters in Hagen. The focus of the first German-wide trainee days was on teambuilding, trainings and knowledge transfer of all locations.
Julia Weigand, responsible for trainees at EUROPART, explains: "The development of our employees is particularly important to us. With specific programs for education and training, we support every individual on his personal career path at EUROPART. The trainee days are a great opportunity to make our trainees more aware of the interdisciplinary work. The personal learning and the contact among each other are important and helpful foundations to become a team across all our locations. "
The trainees were divided into different groups by apprenticeship year: for trainees in the first year, for example, the focus was on getting to know the headquarters as well as a visit to the EUROPART branch in Volmarstein and the central warehouse in Werl. Special training courses such as "communication", "office applications" or "presentation techniques" were offered for the second and third apprenticeship year. In this way, the trainees were able to deepen already existing knowledge and prepare themselves well for their future career at EUROPART.
EUROPART regularly offers the following trainings both at headquarters in Hagen and in the individual branches: warehouse clerk (m / f), warehouse logistics specialist (m / f), manager in wholesale and foreign trade (m / f). In the headquarters in Hagen there is also the possibility to be trained as IT specialist (m / f) or to study while in employment. The following subjects are offered in this context: International Management and Logistics.
