EUROPART is driving forward with the expansion of its leading market position in Sweden and is integrating LVD and Trailereffekter, the commercial vehicle spare part dealer acquired in 2016, consistently into its European corporate structure. Successively, all branches will become uniform, both in exterior signage and in the setting up of sales areas, for which EUROPART has developed a new concept for the presentation of the products. This strategic development in the Swedish organizational structure of EUROPART was announced at the opening of the first EUROPART subsidiary under the new brand concept in Stockholm by CEO Andreas Rode and Country Manager Sweden Anita Lennerstad.
"This opening marks the first step of the deployment of our new strategy. With a uniform appearance in all 22 Swedish branches, we want to show our customers that they not only receive the same, comprehensive offer of spare parts, workshop equipment and accessories, but also the same, profound expert advice – everywhere at EUROPART," emphasizes Andreas Rode. The employees are to receive further trainings and at any time, they can also rely on the specialists at the headquarters in order to be able to provide comprehensive advice to the customer, even in the case of difficult questions. "The merger of the three companies EUROPART, LVD and Trailereffekter will benefit both, customers and employees," Rode is sure.
In addition to the EUROPART branches, all of LVD's and Trailereffekter’s existing branches will be established successively as EUROPART branches. The Trailereffekter brand continues to be maintained, as Andreas Rode explains: "Trailereffekter is an excellent specialist for trailer spare parts and has an excellent reputation in the industry. That is why we are offering Trailereffekter as an additional brand under the EUROPART roof. At the same time, we are extending the special offerings of Trailereffekter branches to other commercial vehicle segments so that customers throughout Sweden can benefit from our extensive product range with more than 400,000 parts. "
The new uniform image of EUROPART in Sweden has become visible for the first time in the new branch in Stockholm. CEO Andreas Rode and EUROPART country manager Sweden, Anita Lennerstad opened the new branch on September 1 in the industrial area of Norsborg, on the southwestern outskirts of Stockholm. It is not only the first EUROPART subsidiary in the Stockholm region, it is also the first branch in which EUROPART has completely implemented the new brand concept.
"In addition to the appropriate brand signage in the outdoor area, we have focused on a customer-friendly design of the sales area," explains Anita Lennerstad. "The products are organized by commodity groups and are presented in a bright, friendly environment." This is to enable a better orientation and a quick locating of searched items. "Naturally, the competent, personal advice and the high availability of the parts are essential features of EUROPART," emphasizes Lennerstad. Qualified employees with many years of experience in the industry can therefore be found in the new 800-square-meter EUROPART branch as well as an adjoining warehouse. Like all other 300 branches in Europe, the new Stockholm branch is also supplied from the central warehouse in Werl, Germany, daily. The new sales point is conveniently located near the E4 / E20 motorway Stockholm-Södertälje-Jönköping.
