Better use of synergies through consolidation of country organizations of Lithuania and Latvia / Gints Silins takes over central management, Kestutis Pakenas remains country manager for Lithuania / Advice and logistics to be developed further
EUROPART is intensifying its sales activities in the Baltic States of Lithuania and Latvia and merges EUROPART Latvia SIA and UAB EUROPART Lietuva. The new organization is still headed by Gints Silins, the previous country manager for Latvia. Country manager for Lithuania remains Kestutis Pakenas, who reports in future directly to Silins. The merger aims at the use of synergies arising from the strengthening and extension of the staff.
We have opened two new branches in these countries in the last few months and plan the opening of three other branches in the next three quarters," says Gints Silins. "EUROPART has then a total of twelve branches in Lithuania and Latvia." As a result, EUROPART is able to address additional customer groups and thus gain additional market shares. "We are a big step closer to our goal of becoming number two in both countries.", emphasized CEO Pierre Fleck, EUROPART. "The current step of the merger allows us to expand the product range even further, to generate additional resources, such as consulting or logistics, and continue to improve the service for our customers." EUROPART thereby expects a stronger overall position in this region. Fleck is convinced: "The sales organization in Estonia will also benefit from the synergies we can raise through the restructuring."
The EUROPART Premium Parts brand is also to be strengthened by bundling the forces in the Baltic States. Therefore it is planned to provide the customers with a consultant specifically for the range of own brand products. For Gints Silins, the range of the EUROPART Premium Parts is a decisive advantage in the market. "We can offer our customers a price-attractive alternative to many parts of the original brand manufacturers,, without sacrificing the quality." The ever-increasing demand for these products confirms the need and the high acceptance, so Silins. The product range includes today more than 7,000 items of EUROPART’s own brand. In addition to the consumable materials and workshop equipment, such as chemicals, oils and tool, customers can find parts from axle and brake, chassis, engine accessories, lighting and electrical as well as equipment and accessories in a wide selection. All own brand products are tested by independent organizations according to German quality standards, as well as through internal audits.
