EUROPART extends network across the whole EUROPART group
Today, EUROPART is opening a new location in Kaiserslautern.
"With the new branch in Kaiserslautern, we are pursuing a clear strategy for expanding our network in Germany," Olaf Giesen, head of sales for Germany, Austria, Switzerland. "Here we have set up a warehouse in order to serve the needs of our customers even better. Our goal is to remain the top dealer in Germany."
At the new location in Von-Miller-Street 2, directly behind the main customs office, all current articles are always in stock and are ready for collection. Olaf Giesen explains: "Kaiserslautern is the ideal location for us, serving customers and workshops on the Mannheim-Saarlouis line along the A6, as well as the entire Hunsrück to the Moselle near Trier quickly and reliably. The location at the main customs office not only allows easy access to the motorway, but also a very good access point for trucks."
The new EUROPART location Kaiserslautern has more than 900 shelving racks and 80 pallet bays on more than 600 square meters of storage space. The delivery concept includes two tours, which are driven twice a day, as well as night-express delivery and weekend delivery. Two experienced employees are available for the competent support of the customers in the regions Westpfalz and Hunsrück, who have been familiar with the transport and commercial vehicle market as well as the customers in the region for many years. The pick-up of pre-ordered spare parts, workshop equipment and accessories is possible from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
Thanks to the new location, customers in the Kaiserslautern region can now benefit from even better availability of parts for trucks, buses, trailers and transporters. In addition to more than 400,000 original spare parts from the premium brand manufacturers, the EUROPART product range also includes a large selection of the EUROPART Premium Parts brand, which are a cost-effective alternative. The EUROPART Premium Parts range now includes more than 7,000 parts, 500 new products are added annually to the existing range of own brand. In addition to consumables and workshop supplies such as chemical products, oils and tools, customers will find a wide selection of parts from the fields of axle and brake, chassis, engine accessories, lighting and electrics as well as equipment and accessories. For example, brake discs and pads are also available as EUROPART Premium Parts products such as filters, air springs, windshield wipers and water pumps. All EUROPART Premium Parts are tested by internal audits as well as by independent organizations according to German quality standards.
