EUROPART Latvia SIA, the EUROPART country representative in Latvia, opened a second branch in the capital Riga in early February. EUROPART now has three branches in Latvia. The new branch is situated in the north-eastern part of Purvciems, close to many workshops, as well as numerous truck and bus operators.
EUROPART Country Manager Gints Silins explains: "Our new store has a total of 320 square meters of sales and storage space, now we are able to support and supply our customers on the eastern side of the Daugava River the best possible way." In the past, deliveries from the existing warehouse in Marupe, in the eastern part of the city, consumed too much time due to the few bridges and therefore the intense traffic. The new branch will considerably improve this situation.
The new EUROPART location in Riga is easily accessible by truck thanks to the location on a main road in the industrial area and to the spacious parking facilities, thus enabling uncomplicated goods receiving and efficient dispatch of the spare parts to the customers. "In addition, our customers can pick up even large spare parts directly themselves," explains Silins. The employees of the new branch – all experienced in the spare parts business – have already been able to familiarize themselves with the EUROPART delivery program at the existing location in the district of Marupe so that the customers of the new branch will be supported immediately by a very competent and customer-oriented sales team. The branch is open from Monday to Friday from 8-30 to 18-00, on Saturdays customers are served from the branch in Marupe, which is opened from 09-00 until 13-00.
As in the other existing EUROPART branches in Latvia, the EUROPART Premium Parts products are also part of the comprehensive range of spare parts, workshop equipment and equipment for trucks, buses, trailers and transporters. The ever-increasing demand for these products confirms the need and the high acceptance, says Silins. In addition to consumables and workshop supplies such as chemical products, oils and tools, customers will find a wide selection of parts from the fields of axle and brake, chassis, engine accessories, lighting and electrics as well as equipment and accessories. For example, brake discs and pads are also available as EUROPART Premium Parts products such as filters, air springs, windshield wipers and water pumps. All EUROPART Premium Parts are tested by internal audits as well as by independent organizations according to German quality standards.
