What are the opening hours at EUROPART?
As a rule, our stores are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On Saturdays we are open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. However, the opening hours may vary from store to store - if you want to be sure, please check our store finder for the opening hours of your nearest EUROPART store.

Service
Does EUROPART offer a warranty on products?
Yes, and a particularly long one: We offer a three-year warranty on our own-brand EUROPART Premium Parts products. This is valid in all 27 countries in which EUROPART is represented. This means that EUROPART goes far beyond the statutory warranty obligation. This gives you a clear conscience - and gives us a good feeling.

Where can I order the products?
You can easily order our products via EWOS - the EUROPART workshop online system. There you will find our entire product range. Of course you can also order via our branches - by phone, by mail or by visiting us personally. You can find your nearest EUROPART branch via our branch finder.
To the EWOS To the EUROPART branch finder How quickly can I expect to receive my spare part?
We do everything we can to deliver the products ordered as quickly as possible. In our central warehouse in Werl, we have around 60,000 items permanently in stock on an area of around 38,000 m² and process more than 2,000 orders per day.
How quickly a delivery reaches you depends on certain factors:
- If you select the overnight express service from the delivery options, it is guaranteed that the ordered items will be delivered the next morning.
- If you choose express courier delivery, we will send urgent orders immediately by express delivery.
- For EWOS orders received by 5:30 p.m., we arrange delivery the very next day.
- And then there is the self-collection service: Of course, you can also pick up ordered items immediately at our branches.
- For weekend orders: Spare parts orders that reach us by 12:00 noon on Saturdays will be shipped on the same day. Via our weekend service the order will reach you by Monday at 6:00 a.m. at the latest.
- We are continuously working on reducing our delivery times even further.
