In 58, Walter Hengst founded the Ing. Walter Hengst KG in Münster. In doing so, Hengst laid the foundation for a company that is now indispensable in the field of filtration technology: The company now has 21 locations with more than 3,500 employees working on innovative, state-of-the-art filtration solutions, including for the mobility and commercial vehicle sectors. As a long-standing partner to the international vehicle and engine industry, including MB, MAN and Deutz, Hengst contributes to a long and safe service life for commercial vehicle engines and fuel systems.
Hengst is also a globally recognised specialist in the aftermarket. The Münster-based company produces for the aftermarket with the same high quality standards as for original equipment. The Blue.maxx fuel filter system
Fuel filters are indispensable for protecting the injection system and the engine of commercial vehicles from contamination. The state-of-the-art Blue.maxx fuel filter system from Hengst, which is based on a modular system, is the technical leader in this field. The Blue.maxx fuel filter is available with basic equipment that includes a hand feed pump, a fuel heater and various filter inserts, depending on the module variants. Optionally and depending on the application, further adapter sets or water level sensors can be added. The result is an innovative fuel filter module that combines consistent lightweight design with maximum performance.
