As an employer, we, EUROPART Holding, therefore make this data protection declaration available to inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of processing your application (hereinafter "applicant data") and your individual rights. Subject of data protection are personal data. This is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (so-called data subject). This includes, for example, information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number.

 

IV. Purpose and legal basis of data processing

Below you will find an overview of the purposes and legal bases of data processing within the application procedure:

1. Processing and carrying out the candidate / selection procedure

We process personal data if this is necessary for the preparation and implementation of the candidate / selection procedure. Categories of this data include:

☒ if stated, salary request, date of entry and CV details
☒ Data on your family situation including any existing maintenance obligations
☒ Special categories of personal data, such as religious affiliations, Union membership,
    severely handicapped characteristics, if specified


We delete the data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes we pursue in preparing and carrying out the application procedure and if no other legal basis, in particular legal or contractual retention periods, is involved.
 

2. Fulfilment of legal obligations

We also process your application data in order to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject. These may result from commercial, tax, financial or criminal law. The purposes of the processing result from the respective legal obligation.

Data processing shall be carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) DPR.

We delete the data at the end of the selection process, unless any other legal basis interferes.
 

3. Safeguarding legitimate interests

We also process your data to protect the legitimate interests of us or you. These interests may include:

We only process your personal data for legitimate business interests if this is compatible with your fundamental rights and freedoms, which require the protection of personal data.

Data processing shall be carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) DPR. We delete the data if the purposes pursued for us are no longer necessary and no other legal basis intervenes.

 

 

Right to object to data processing on the basis of the legal basis of the legitimate interest 

You have the right to object to our processing of your data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation, insofar as this is based on the legal basis of "legitimate interest". If you exercise your right of objection, we will stop the processing of your data unless we can - in accordance with the statutory provisions - prove compelling reasons worthy of protection for further processing, which outweigh your rights, freedoms and interests, or if the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims serves. You can declare your contradiction form-free

Within EUROPART Holding GmbH, your personal data will be forwarded to business units, departments and responsible employees who need such access to perform their functions or tasks. In general, EUROPART Holding GmbH provides all personnel services for all German EUROPART companies. In this sense, the vacant positions are ALWAYS advertised by EUROPAPART Holding GmbH.
 

2. Externally within the meaning of the law

As the vacant positions are ALWAYS advertised by EUROPOART Holding GmbH, we will pass on your data to the company of the EUROPART Group issuing the advertisement if this is necessary within the framework of "in particular for the fulfilment of your tasks, if a legal permit exists or if your consent is available.
 

VIII. Storage time

In general: we only store your personal data for as long as this is necessary for the fulfilment of our purposes or - in the case of consent - as long as you have not revoked your consent. In the event of an objection, we will delete your personal data unless further processing is permitted by the relevant legal provisions.

We delete your personal data upon completion of the application process, but at the latest after 6 months, but also if we are legally obliged to do so.

You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data by us:

 

1. Right to information
You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether or not we process personal data about you. If this is the case, you have the right to further information regarding the processing.

2. Right of rectification
You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data and to have incomplete personal data completed.

3. Right to cancellation (right to oblivion)
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data. This applies, for example, if the personal data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or if the personal data were processed unlawfully.

4. Limitation of processing
Under certain circumstances you can ask us to restrict the processing of your data. In this case, we will only store the personal data for which you have given your consent or for which the basic data protection regulation permits processing. For example, you may have a right of restriction if you have contested the accuracy of the personal data.
