    The NOx sensor measures the nitrogen oxide concentration in the exhaust gas. In order to comply with the strict exhaust emission standards, it is essential that the NOx sensor transmits correct measurement results to the engine control unit at all times and in all load ranges of the engine. EUROPART Premium Parts NOx sensors are developed, manufactured and individually calibrated to the highest OE standards. This makes our NOx sensor an equivalent alternative to the OE sensor. With the existing range, we currently achieve a market coverage of more than 90 %.

    Tip for workshops: Always replace NOx sensors in pairs

     

    Two NOx sensors are usually installed in modern exhaust gas aftertreatment systems. To ensure optimum measurement results, the NOx sensors should always be replaced in pairs when repairs are required. Both sensors work together in the system to precisely monitor nitrogen oxide emissions and regulate the function of the exhaust gas aftertreatment system. If only one sensor is replaced, this can lead to deviations or misinterpretations by the engine control unit.
