KANBAN is the simple but ingenious delivery system for disposable and returnable containers.
With KANBAN, there are always two containers in circulation. When one is empty, the customer sends it to EUROPART. It is refilled there and transported back by EUROPART, while the full second container is covering the customer's requirements during this time. This way, the supply circuit is in constant flow, at the same time avoiding empty parts stores and excess stocks.
