1949 | Founded as Westdeutsche Federnzentrale Wachenfeld GmbH & Co. KG |
1979 | International orientation begins with first branches in Denmark, then later in the United Kingdom |
1989 | Renamed WFZ Nutzfahrzeugteile GmbH |
1995 | Introduction of the company's own EUROPART brand |
2000 | Renaming and founding of EUROPART Holding GmbH. Boosting of the company's reorganization from the formerly local specialist for commercial vehicle parts to an almost ubiquitous European market leader for commercial vehicle parts as well as workshop requirements |
2004/2005 | Opening of the central warehouse in Werl |
2006 | Formal occupation and opening of the office and communication centre OASIS |
2008 | 60th anniversary of EUROPART / Award of the Marketing Prize of the Marketing Club SouthWestphalia |
